账号
登录通过 Apple Sign In。你的姓名和邮箱仅在你的设备上可见。所有 post 和评论永远以 ANON（匿名）显示给其他用户。
你写的内容
- 你保留你写的内容的所有权。
- 你授权我们在 app 内展示这些内容。
- 你保证有权发布你所写的内容（不侵犯他人版权 / 隐私 / 名誉）。
禁止行为
不得发布：
- 对他人的人身攻击 / 骚扰 / 仇恨言论
- 暴力威胁、自我伤害的鼓励
- 色情、违法、欺诈内容
- 垃圾信息、商业广告、引流
- 他人隐私（姓名、住址、电话等）
- 版权侵权内容
内容审核
- 详情页 ⋯ 菜单可举报任何 post，3 个不同用户举报后自动从所有人 feed 隐藏。
- 邮件 support@baizai.live 可申诉或申请删除 —— 我们 24 小时内回复。
- 我们保留删除任何违反本协议内容的权利。
- 严重违规的账号会被永久封禁。
免责声明
本 app 仅作个人记录之用，不是心理治疗或医疗服务。如果你正经历严重心理危机，请拨打当地心理援助热线或就医。
服务变更与终止
我们可能随时变更或终止服务。重大变更会通过 app 通知。

By using Baizai you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be 17 or older. This app contains adult-themed user-generated content (narratives of failure, pain, and sadness).
Accounts
Sign-in is via Sign in with Apple. Your name and email are visible only on your own device. All posts and comments are shown to other users as ANON.
Your content
- You retain ownership of what you write.
- You grant us the right to display your content inside the app.
- You represent that you have the right to publish what you write (no infringement of others' copyright, privacy, or reputation).
Prohibited
Do not post:
- Personal attacks, harassment, or hate speech
- Threats of violence; encouragement of self-harm
- Sexual, illegal, or fraudulent content
- Spam, commercial advertising, or solicitation
- Others' personal information (name, address, phone, etc.)
- Copyright-infringing material
Moderation
- The ⋯ menu on the detail screen lets you report any post. After 3 different users report the same post, it is auto-hidden from everyone's feed.
- Email support@baizai.live to appeal or request takedown — we respond within 24 hours.
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
- Accounts in serious violation may be permanently banned.

This app is for personal journaling only and is not a substitute for mental health treatment or medical services. If you are in serious mental crisis, please call your local crisis hotline or seek medical care.
Changes & termination
We may modify or terminate the service at any time. Material changes will be announced in-app.
Limitation of liability
This service is provided "as is". We are not liable for service stability, content accuracy, or any loss arising from your use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
