败哉（"我们"、"本 app"）只做一件事：让你匿名记下失败。我们的产品 DNA 决定了这份政策非常简短 —— 我们尽可能少地收集数据。

我们收集什么

• Apple 登录信息：你的姓名（Apple 提供，可隐藏）和邮箱（可使用 Apple 的"隐藏我的邮箱"代理地址）。这些信息仅存在你的设备上，只在你自己的"我"页可见，永远不发送给我们的服务器，永远不展示给其他用户。
• 匿名设备 ID：app 第一次启动时生成一个 UUID，存在 iOS Keychain 里。这是服务器唯一用来区分你写的内容的标识符。它和你的 Apple 账号没有任何关联。
• 你写的内容：你发布的 post（三段：失败、当时感受、现在）和评论。这些内容存在我们的服务器，对其他用户显示为 ANON（匿名）。
• 你的反应：你按过"哉"的 post 记录、你举报过的 post 记录。

我们不收集什么

• 不使用任何第三方分析 SDK（无 Firebase、无 GA、无 Sentry）
• 不使用任何广告 SDK
• 不收集 IDFA / IDFV
• 不收集位置信息
• 不收集通讯录、相册、健康数据等任何 iOS 敏感数据
• 不做用户画像、不追踪行为

语音输入

在发布页可以使用语音输入。语音通过 Apple 的 SFSpeechRecognizer 处理 —— 一部分识别在本机完成，一部分由 Apple 服务完成。我们从不保存任何录音，只保留你最终确认要发布的文字。

数据如何储存

所有数据存在我们的自建服务器（位于香港）。我们使用 HTTPS 加密所有传输。服务器上的 post 和评论与你的 Apple 账号没有任何关联，只关联到你设备的匿名 UUID。

数据共享

我们不向任何第三方共享、销售或租赁你的数据。

如何删除你的数据

• 退出登录：设置 → "退 出 登 录"。仅清除本机的姓名和邮箱。post 和评论仍在服务器上，与你设备的匿名 ID 关联，下次登录可恢复。
• 注销账号：设置 → "注 销 账 号" → 二次确认。永久删除你写的所有 post、评论、哉、举报记录。重置匿名 ID。不可撤销。
• 通过邮件：privacy@baizai.live —— 我们在 30 天内回复。

儿童

本 app 内含成人主题的用户生成内容（关于失败、痛苦、悲伤的真实叙述），App Store 评级为 17+。我们不允许 17 岁以下用户使用。

变更

本政策有重大变更时，会通过 app 内通知告知你。

Baizai does one thing: let you anonymously record failures. The product's DNA keeps this policy short — we collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Apple Sign In info: your name (provided by Apple, can be hidden) and email (can be Apple's "Hide My Email" relay). This information stays only on your device and is shown only on your own "Me" page. It is never sent to our servers and never shown to other users.
• Anonymous device ID: a UUID generated on first launch and stored in iOS Keychain. This is the only identifier the server uses to recognize your content. It is not linked to your Apple ID in any way.
• Content you write: the three-part posts (failure, feeling, now) and comments you publish. Stored on our server, shown to other users as ANON.
• Your reactions: records of which posts you "哉'd" and which you reported.

What we don't collect

• No third-party analytics SDKs (no Firebase, GA, Sentry)
• No advertising SDKs
• No IDFA / IDFV
• No location data
• No contacts, photos, health data, or any sensitive iOS permissions
• No user profiling, no behavior tracking

Voice input

On the compose screen, you can dictate via voice. Audio is processed by Apple's SFSpeechRecognizer — partly on-device, partly via Apple's service. We never store any audio recordings, only the final text you choose to publish.

How data is stored

All data is stored on our self-hosted server (located in Hong Kong). All transmission is HTTPS-encrypted. Posts and comments on the server are not linked to your Apple account in any way — only to your device's anonymous UUID.

Data sharing

We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third party.

How to delete your data

• Sign out: Settings → "Sign Out". Clears only your name and email locally. Posts and comments remain on the server linked to your device's anonymous ID, recoverable on next sign-in.
• Delete account: Settings → "Delete Account" → confirmation. Permanently deletes all your posts, comments, 哉s, and report records. Resets your anonymous ID. Cannot be undone.
• By email: privacy@baizai.live — we respond within 30 days.

Children

This app contains adult-themed user-generated content (real narratives of failure, pain, sadness). The App Store rating is 17+. We do not allow users under 17.

Changes

For material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice.

Baizai hace una sola cosa: permitirte registrar fracasos de forma anónima. El ADN del producto mantiene esta política breve — recogemos lo mínimo posible.

Qué recogemos

• Información de inicio de sesión con Apple: tu nombre (proporcionado por Apple, puede ocultarse) y correo (puede usarse "Ocultar mi correo" de Apple). Esta información permanece solo en tu dispositivo y se muestra solo en tu propia página "Yo". Nunca se envía a nuestros servidores ni se muestra a otros usuarios.
• ID de dispositivo anónimo: un UUID generado en el primer inicio, almacenado en iOS Keychain. Es el único identificador que el servidor usa para reconocer tu contenido. No está vinculado a tu ID de Apple de ninguna manera.
• Contenido que escribes: publicaciones (3 partes: fracaso, sentimiento, ahora) y comentarios. Almacenados en nuestro servidor, mostrados a otros como ANON.
• Tus reacciones: registros de qué publicaciones has marcado con "哉" y cuáles has reportado.

Lo que no recogemos

• Ningún SDK de análisis de terceros
• Ningún SDK publicitario
• IDFA / IDFV
• Datos de ubicación
• Contactos, fotos, datos de salud
• Perfilado de usuarios, seguimiento de comportamiento

Entrada por voz

En la pantalla de publicación, puedes dictar por voz mediante SFSpeechRecognizer de Apple. Nunca almacenamos grabaciones de audio.

Almacenamiento de datos

Todos los datos se almacenan en nuestro servidor en Hong Kong. Toda transmisión está cifrada con HTTPS. Las publicaciones en el servidor no están vinculadas a tu cuenta Apple de ninguna manera.

Compartir datos

No compartimos, vendemos ni alquilamos tus datos a terceros.

Cómo eliminar tus datos

• Cerrar sesión: Ajustes → Cerrar sesión. Solo borra el nombre y correo locales.
• Eliminar cuenta: Ajustes → Eliminar cuenta → confirmación. Elimina permanentemente todo el contenido. No se puede deshacer.

• Contenu que tu écris : publications (3 parties : échec, ressenti, présent) et commentaires. Stockés sur notre serveur, affichés comme ANON.
• Tes réactions : enregistrements des "哉" et des signalements.

Saisie vocale

Comment supprimer tes données

• Déconnexion : Réglages → Se déconnecter. Efface uniquement le nom et e-mail locaux.
• Supprimer le compte : Réglages → Supprimer le compte → confirmation. Supprime définitivement tout le contenu. Irréversible.

• Deine Reaktionen: Aufzeichnungen, welche Beiträge du "哉" und gemeldet hast.

Weitergabe

Wir geben deine Daten nicht an Dritte weiter, verkaufen oder vermieten sie nicht.

Daten löschen

• Abmelden: Einstellungen → Abmelden. Löscht nur Name und E-Mail lokal.
• Konto löschen: Einstellungen → Konto löschen → Bestätigung. Löscht alle Inhalte endgültig. Nicht rückgängig.
